Terrazzo with a light white cement base scattered with irregularly shaped aggregate chips in soft teal, muted orange, charcoal black, and warm grey tones, producing the characteristic speckled surface of polished terrazzo. The pastel colour palette and varied chip sizes give the material a contemporary yet artisanal quality, with a smooth, lightly reflective finish. Works well in interior architecture renders, furniture and surface design visuals, and modern residential and hospitality space presentations.
Includes 4K Diffuse, Roughness, Height, Normal GL, and Normal DX maps.
The license covering Asset usage is determined by the type of Units you purchase in order to redeem resources: either Individual or Enterprise.
Individual licenses are suitable for students, freelancers, and organisations where there is only one Software (e.g. KeyShot, Blender) user. For organisations where there is more than one Software user, or annual revenue >£2m, you must select Enterprise.
All Assets can be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes. However, only Enterprise licenses permit using Assets to create visuals for:

- Retail displays
- Paid advertising (online, print, broadcast)
