Refund policy

Units are non-refundable (and Units redeemed for Assets cannot be reversed). 

For UK and EU Consumers, if you cancel within 14 days and have not used any Units or downloaded any Assets, you will receive a full refund. If Units have been used, we may issue a partial refund to reflect the unused portion of the subscription, at our discretion.

If you are not a UK or EU Consumer (e.g. you are using the Platform for trade, business, craft, or profession), you will not have any statutory cooling-off rights. All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

However, if an Asset is defective, corrupted, or materially inconsistent, we may reissue equivalent Units or offer an alternative remedy. Please contact support@visune.io to report issues.
