FAQ
Units are our token system used to redeem resources on our store. They can be purchased as one-off packs or acquired monthly through one of our subscription plans.
No, you can use Visune without a subscription. Simply purchase one-off Unit packs.
Subscriptions give you access to our best pricing (up to a 59% discount) and access to other benefits. If you know you're going to use Visune frequently, it's worth considering a plan.
Our Companion App bridges the web-based shopping experience to customers’ local resource libraries. The app will sync, download and install purchases to an organised local directory, which, after some minor configuring, will put your library straight into KeyShot and Blender, exactly how you see it on our store.
Learn more about the app here.

No, it is forbidden to copy and distribute our Assets. You may modify Assets that you purchase, although any modifications still derive from the original file. As such, modified files cannot be sold or distributed either, and are still covered by all other Terms.

Just like any KeyShot or Blender file, you can alter cameras, materials, models and lighting to suit your needs. Our files are all ready to deploy as soon as you download them, but we encourage modification.
We include Lightroom Presets with every scene, so you can edit your render just as we do. The presets are exported from our main promotional imagery.
Watch our video quide on using Lightroom Presets here.
If your computer has enough memory (RAM) or video memory (VRAM) you should be able to open our scenes in either CPU or GPU mode respectively. On Windows, you can find your hardware in Task Manager > Performance. On Mac, use About this Mac.
We don't log values for our Product and Studio files as they will open on most modern hardware.
For interiors, you can find the stats under Specifications on each individual listing. RAM usage varies from 3GB to 5GB, and VRAM from 4GB to 7GB. In either case, just make sure you have some headroom to add in your own models.
